To become a PERMANENT U.S. Citizen, you must go through a THREE PHASE PROCESS with
the United States Department of Homeland Security (USCIS).
Submit FORM I-526 (Immigration
Petition by Alien Entrepreneur) along with the supporting documentation and pay the $1,500 USCIS fee.
FORM I-485 (Application to Register) and pay the $985 USCIS fee and $85 USCIS biometric fee.
This form is filed after receiving approval on the Form I-526.
Submit FORM I-829
(Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions) and pay the $3,750 USCIS fee and $85 USCIS biometric fee (and an
additional $85 USCIS biometric fee for each dependent).

Ø An investment of $500,000 may qualify in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA)
Ø Evidence that your investment will create 10 direct or indirect full-time jobs
